How We Started

The story began when Dave and Mary had set up the very first short term rental house back in 2016, featuring cosy café concept with light industrial design. The response was overwhelming, Mary then quit her job in the banking industry in the year 2017 and set up a small enterprise company with Dave, who was working as a Sales Director in the wholesale industry.

From there, Dave and Mary started their new adventure in designing and providing short term rental homes. After managing a few houses, they saw increased opportunities in this market and had decided to expand its business to provide end-to-end property management services. Small progress each day adds up to big results, and today, the company has transformed from an enterprise to a private limited company under the brand name ‘Feel Home Malaysia’.
